These Terms cover use of the website only. They do not replace and do not govern professional services, which are provided under separate written agreements. See section 8.

This website is intended for business professionals and organizations. By using it, you confirm you are legally capable of agreeing to these Terms and, where you are acting for an organization, that you are authorized to do so on its behalf.
Browsing the website indicates acceptance of these Terms. Submitting a form, subscribing to our newsletter or completing the assessment confirms that acceptance.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website.
4. Permitted Use of the Website
You may read our content, use the assessment, download your own results, and share our published material with attribution. We provide the website for informational purposes and to help you decide whether to work with us.
5. Prohibited Uses

- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website
- introduce malware, harmful code, or automated traffic that degrades the service
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as permitted by our robots file or with our written consent
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive our assessment methodology or scoring logic
- reproduce, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit our assessment or materials, or offer them as your own
- impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation
- submit information you do not have the right or authority to submit
You are responsible for what you submit. Please do not submit confidential information belonging to a third party without authority, personal information about others without a lawful basis, trade secrets belonging to another party, or unlawful content.
Our contact form includes a free-text field. Please do not enter passwords, authentication credentials, customer records or sensitive personal information into it. Send only what is needed to describe your enquiry.
6. AI Business Readiness Assessment
Directional Assessment
The AI Business Readiness Assessment is a free, directional, self-reported tool. It is designed to help you think about where your business stands and to start a conversation. It is not a diagnostic audit.
Information You Provide
Assessment results are calculated solely from the answers you give. We do not independently verify those answers, and we do not inspect your systems, processes, data, security controls or technology environment as part of the free assessment.
Two people in the same organization may answer differently and receive different scores. If the information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, your results will be too.
Assessment Results
Your score and report are produced by automated scoring: fixed rules applied consistently to your answers, presented in a standard report template. They are not generated by artificial intelligence, and your responses are not submitted to any third-party AI service by this website.
Because results are automated and based on self-reported information, they may be incomplete or unsuitable for your circumstances. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for significant financial, technology, investment, legal, security, employment, compliance or business decisions.
No Professional-Services Relationship
Kenvitek is a professional consulting firm, and we do provide individualized advice — but not through this website.
Completing the assessment, downloading a report, submitting a contact form, subscribing to our newsletter, or corresponding with us through the website does not create a consultant–client relationship or a professional-services engagement, and does not constitute individualized consulting advice.
7. No Guarantee of Business Outcomes
Nothing on this website is a promise about results in your business. Where we describe how we work — agreeing a measure to aim at, redesigning a process, then measuring what changed — we are describing our approach, not committing to any particular outcome.
8. Professional Services and Client Agreements
Kenvitek's professional services are provided only under a separately executed proposal, statement of work, engagement agreement or other written contract.
Where a signed client agreement addresses a matter differently from these Terms, the signed agreement governs for those services. These Terms continue to apply to your use of the website.
9. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents are owned by Kenvitek or used under licence. Subject to third-party rights, this includes our assessment methodology, questions and scoring approach; our frameworks and diagnostic methods; report templates; written content, graphics and website design; our name, logo and branding; training materials and downloadable resources; and the interactive functionality on the site.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, adapt, republish or commercially exploit our materials without our written consent.
10. Your Assessment Results
Your results belong to you. You may download, print, retain and share your report within your organization, and with your advisers, for your legitimate business purposes.
You may not resell, sublicense or commercially redistribute the report, remove proprietary notices from it, or use it to reproduce, reverse engineer or recreate our assessment, questions, scoring or methodology.
Nothing in this section transfers ownership of our underlying methodology, questions, scoring system, templates or frameworks.
11. Research, Statistics and Third-Party Information
Where we cite research, we name the organization that published it. That research remains the property of its publisher.
Third-party findings describe other organizations and may not apply to your circumstances. Some are self-reported by the companies surveyed. Historical or industry statistics do not guarantee future performance or results, and we are not responsible for changes a publisher makes after we reference their work.
12. Third-Party Websites and Services
We link to research, tools and services operated by others, and we may mention third-party software, platforms or providers.
Links and references are provided for convenience and information. They do not constitute endorsement, we do not control those services, and we do not guarantee the performance, suitability or availability of any third-party product or provider. Their own terms and privacy practices apply.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
You agree that disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
This does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer or data protection laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot lawfully be waived.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows when they last changed, and we will indicate material changes through the website or another appropriate means.
Your use of the website after the effective date of a revision may be subject to the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. General Provisions
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
Waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Kenvitek regarding use of this website. They do not supersede any consulting agreement, statement of work, proposal, non-disclosure agreement or other contract entered into with us.
Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
