1. Who We Are

This website is operated by KENVITEK GROUP LTD (“Kenvitek”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a corporation registered in the State of Georgia, United States. For information submitted through this website, Kenvitek determines what is collected and for what purpose.

You can contact us at hello@kenvitek.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you choose to give us through the forms on this website.

AI Business Readiness Assessment

When you complete the assessment and request your results, we collect your name, work email address and company name, together with the responses you provide. Those responses include your industry, role, revenue range, employee count, years in business, country, the outcomes you want to improve, the operational issues you identify, your answer to the data-handling question, and your resulting scores. We also record the referral source that brought you to the assessment.

We generate a PDF report of your results and store it so we can send it to you and make it available for download.

Contact Forms

Your name, email address, the topic you select and the content of your message.

Newsletter

Your email address and the page from which you subscribed.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the website, our hosting and security providers may automatically record technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested and timestamps. This is standard server activity used to operate the site and protect it from abuse.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

  • calculate your assessment score and deliver the results you requested
  • follow up with you about your results and discuss whether we can help
  • respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms
  • send our newsletter where you have subscribed
  • understand which channels bring people to the assessment
  • operate, secure and improve the website
  • comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not use your assessment responses for advertising, and we do not provide them to data brokers.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

Where data protection law such as the UK or EU GDPR applies to our processing, we rely on the following bases:

  • Consent — sending you our newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Steps taken at your request, or performance of a contract — calculating and delivering the assessment results you asked for, and responding to your enquiry.
  • Legitimate interests — following up about your assessment where relevant to your enquiry, understanding referral sources, and protecting the website from fraud and abuse. We balance these against your rights, and you may object.
  • Legal obligations — where we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

5. Assessment Confidentiality

The assessment asks direct questions about how your business operates, including how your organisation handles information. We treat individual responses as confidential business information.

We do not publish or discuss your individual responses outside Kenvitek, other than with the service providers described in section 7 who process information on our behalf, or where we are required to disclose by law. Where we describe patterns across many businesses, we use aggregated information that does not identify you or your organisation.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Completing the assessment does not subscribe you to marketing communications. Our newsletter is opt-in and separate.

We share information only:

  • with service providers who process it on our behalf, as described below
  • where required by law, regulation or valid legal process
  • to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
  • in connection with a business transfer, where you will be notified

Kenvitek is vendor-neutral. We do not receive commission for recommending third-party products, and we do not share your information with technology vendors for their own marketing.

7. Service Providers

We use a small number of providers to operate the website and deliver our services. Categories currently include:

  • website hosting and infrastructure
  • database and file storage — currently Supabase
  • transactional email delivery — currently Resend
  • security and abuse prevention — currently Google reCAPTCHA

These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices. We may change providers from time to time without amending this policy, provided the categories of processing remain as described.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other sites.

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse. reCAPTCHA is a security measure rather than an analytics or advertising technology, and it may set cookies and transmit your IP address and interaction signals to Google, which processes that information under its own privacy terms.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

9. International Data Transfers

Kenvitek is based in the United States, and information you submit is processed there. Our database, file storage and email delivery are hosted in the United States.

Some providers operate infrastructure in more than one country, so information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where transfers are subject to UK or EU data protection law, we rely on our providers' transfer mechanisms, such as standard contractual clauses, where applicable.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

Our practice is to retain assessment records, enquiries and generated reports for approximately 24 months following our last substantive contact with you, after which we review and delete information that is no longer required. We may retain information longer where necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe.

You may ask us to delete your information sooner. See section 12.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to personnel who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify affected individuals and regulators where required by applicable law.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • ask us to delete information
  • object to or restrict certain processing
  • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
  • opt out of marketing communications

To exercise any of these, email hello@kenvitek.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and we may need to verify your identity before acting.

These rights may arise under laws including the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation, and data protection legislation in other countries such as Ghana and Nigeria, where those laws apply to our processing. Certain United States state privacy laws may also grant rights to residents of those states where the law's requirements apply to us. If you believe we have not handled your information properly, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

13. Marketing Communications

Our newsletter is opt-in. Completing the assessment or contacting us does not add you to it.

Following your assessment, we may contact you about your results and whether we can help. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying or emailing hello@kenvitek.com.

14. Artificial Intelligence and Your Information

Given the nature of our work, we state this directly.

Your assessment score and report are produced by fixed scoring rules and a document template. They are not generated by artificial intelligence, and your responses are not submitted to any third-party AI service by this website.

We do not use your information to train AI models, and we do not provide it to third parties to train theirs.

15. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for business users. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Third-Party Links

Our website links to third-party research, tools and services. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

17. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate.

18. Contact Us
