About Kenvitek

We make AI make business sense.

AI technology is easy to buy. Creating measurable business value from it is harder. Too many businesses start with the technology: a new tool, a chatbot, an automation, an AI platform. We start somewhere else — with your business.

Where are you losing time, margin or revenue? Where are decisions slower than they should be? Which processes are holding your people back? Where could better use of your data create an advantage? And, importantly, is AI actually the right answer? Kenvitek helps businesses answer those questions before they make expensive technology decisions. We identify where AI can create the greatest value, assess whether your data and organization are ready, and build a practical path from opportunity to measurable results. We bring 27 years of experience across technology, data and enterprise transformation — but we built Kenvitek for established businesses that need that level of thinking without the complexity, cost or agenda of a large consulting firm.

Vivienne Umusu

Vivienne Umusu

Co-founder & Director

Vivienne Umusu is an AI strategy and data readiness leader with more than 27 years of experience helping organizations connect business ambition with the data, systems, governance, and operating discipline required to make technology deliver measurable value.

Her work sits at the intersection of executive strategy and technical execution. She has led AI and data transformation efforts across Life Sciences, Energy, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, and Supply Chain environments, helping leadership teams move from fragmented data and unclear priorities to practical AI roadmaps, stronger data foundations, and measurable business outcomes.

Before co-founding Kenvitek, Vivienne served as Practice Lead for AI & Data Strategy at McKinsey & Company, where she advised and delivered on enterprise-scale transformation programs. Her experience spans AI strategy, data readiness assessment, master data governance, cloud data platforms, predictive analytics, GenAI enablement, and responsible AI adoption.

Vivienne is known for translating complex technology into clear executive decisions. Her work has included integrating more than 10 years of ERP data into predictive pipelines that helped reduce annual write-offs by $12 million, advancing data readiness to 98.7% for enterprise AI initiatives, accelerating rollout timelines, and helping organizations move AI concepts from pilot into production.

At Kenvitek, Vivienne helps leaders answer the questions that determine whether AI succeeds: Is the data ready? Are the right use cases being prioritized? Is governance strong enough? Are teams prepared to adopt the change? Her approach is practical, outcome-led, and grounded in the belief that AI success begins long before a model is deployed.

She brings the boardroom perspective, the data discipline, and the transformation experience required to help organizations deploy AI with confidence.
